I provide strategic consulting and advisory support to people, teams, and organisations navigating complexity across justice, equity, accessibility, and intercultural contexts. This work focuses on strategy, assessment, research, engagement, and implementation — supporting organisations to clarify direction, make informed decisions, and act with integrity.

Grounded in equity-informed and trauma-aware practice, my consulting approach integrates systems thinking, lived experience, critical interculturalism, and collaborative inquiry. I accompany people, teams, and organisations to examine what is no longer serving, identify structural and relational barriers, and develop practical, values-aligned strategies that can be implemented and sustained.

Consulting is a distinct domain of my practice, encompassing research, analysis, engagement, strategic development, and advisory support. When appropriate, learning and facilitation are integrated to bring cohesion across strategy, people, and systems. The result is work that is rigorous, context-responsive, and accountable to both people and systems.

Advising and
Co-Design

I provide strategic advising and co-design support to organisations at various stages of planning, implementation, or reassessment. This work offers a trusted space to think critically with an external advisor — bringing interdisciplinary expertise and intersectional lived experience to clarify direction, challenge assumptions, and design approaches aligned with organisational context.

Engagements may include one-time advisory consultations, ongoing strategic advising, or embedded partnership across projects. This work supports informed decision-making, accountability, and the development of strategies that are both principled and practical.

Facilitation and Meaningful Engagement

I design and facilitate engagement processes that support ethical consultation, honest input, and meaningful participation. This includes surveys, interviews, focus groups, and facilitated conversations — designed to centre equity, mitigate harm, and attend to power dynamics.

These processes help organisations hear what is often missed, surface critical insights, and engage communities and partners in ways that inform strategy, strengthen relationships, and support responsible action.
